Voice Editor Negotiation lifecycle

Say the change. Send the redline.

Tell Acrebase what to change the way you would tell an associate. Each instruction becomes exact tracked changes across the document, ready to review and send.

A recorded walkthrough of the Voice Editor on a lease. About two minutes.

How it works

Three steps, no setup ritual.

  1. 01

    Speak

Sweep through the document and say what should change: a number, a clause, a defined term used in six places.

  2. 02

    Review

Each edit appears as a tracked change with per-paragraph review. Accept or reject every one; the minimap shows where the changes landed.

  3. 03

    Send

The document leaves as a normal Word file with tracked changes and a drafted cover email, ready for the other side.

  • Every edit is a tracked change you accept or reject
  • Document minimap and per-paragraph review
  • Drafted cover email when the redline is ready to send

Questions

Before you ask.

How do I start?

Request a demo. We set up your workspace, load the documents your team is working on, and run the first document together.

What does it cost?

$195 per seat per month, billed annually.

Does it change my template formatting?

No. Edits are applied as standard Word tracked changes inside your document. Styles, numbering, and defined terms stay as they are.

Where does my data go?

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access follows your permissions, every AI action is recorded in the audit log, and we hold data processing agreements with the AI providers we use.

Can I buy it alone?

Yes. Voice Editor is sold on its own, per seat.
