Counterparty Intelligence Data advantage

Know what the other side will do before the call.

For every counterparty you face, Acrebase builds a profile from their own documents across deals: where they land on each deal point, how far they move, and what they have started asking for lately.

How it works

Three steps, no setup ritual.

  1. 01

    Collect

Every document a counterparty has authored in your negotiations feeds their profile. Nothing to tag.

  2. 02

    Profile

Per deal point: median position, spread, and how many of their documents are silent on it. A behavior chip says whether they usually concede, hold firm, or harden.

  3. 03

    Prepare

Emerging asks are flagged as new, shifted, or a new clause type, so the round starts with the surprises already known.

Questions

Before you ask.

How do I start?

Request a demo. We set up your workspace, load the documents you already have on file, and run the first document together.

What does it cost?

$195 per seat per month, billed annually.

Where does the data come from?

From documents the counterparty has authored in negotiations in your workspace. Profiles are built from their own paper, not from third-party reports.

What if we have never faced this counterparty?

The profile starts thin and says so. The confidence indicator reflects how many documents are on file, and Market Data fills in what is standard for the deal point.

Where does my data go?

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access follows your permissions, every AI action is recorded in the audit log, and we hold data processing agreements with the AI providers we use.

Can I buy it alone?

Yes. Counterparty Intelligence is sold on its own, per seat.
