Negotiations Workspace Negotiation lifecycle

Every deal you've negotiated, in one database.

Every ongoing and past negotiation, threaded into rounds with its documents, parties, and timeline. Nothing is entered by hand: connect Outlook, forward or Bcc deal email, sync your DMS, or drop your files. At a glance, who owes the next move and which deals are stalling.

What you get

One database. Every deal, every round, every document.

Acrebase keeps every negotiation your organization has run, the ones in flight and the ones that have ended, in one place. Here is what that gives you.

  1. 01

Monitor every deal at a glance

The list splits into what is waiting on you and what is waiting on the other side. Days in the current state are colored so a stalling deal stands out, and a Nudge on the row drafts the status-check email for you.

Know the shape of your book, and report it

How many deals are open, how long they take, how time to close is distributed, and which deals are converging, stalled, or diverging. When leadership or a client asks, the same picture exports as PowerPoint or PDF.

Getting data in

Never enter anything by hand.

Four ways in, all of them automatic. Pick whichever fits how your team already works; the sorting is the same.

  • Connect Outlook

Deal email files itself as it arrives. Nothing to forward, nothing to tag.

  • Forward or Bcc

Send from any mail client to your workspace's secure intake address. The sender is verified before anything is filed.

  • Sync your DMS

Read-only sync of the SharePoint or OneDrive folders you choose. A file deleted there is never deleted here.

  • Drop your files

A folder of leases, redlines, PDFs, and email exports, in one go. Acrebase works out what belongs where.

What happens next

Every document and email is read for what it is. Acrebase identifies the negotiation it belongs to, the round, the author, and the party, and threads versions of the same document together. Each filing says how it was decided, in plain language, and anything that needs a second look is flagged.

Corrections are stored separately from the automatic result, so re-running detection never overwrites what a person decided.

Questions

Before you ask.

How do I start?

Request a demo. We set up your workspace, connect your intake address and your document system, and run the first document together.

What does it cost?

$245 per seat per month, billed annually.

Do I have to enter anything by hand?

No. Negotiation, round, author, and party are derived from the documents and email themselves. If the detection gets one wrong, correct it in the workspace; the correction is stored separately, so re-running detection never overwrites it.

Does it work with my email?

Yes. Connect Outlook, or forward or Bcc deal email from any client to your Acrebase intake address. The sender is verified, the message is classified, and it is filed into the right negotiation and round.

Can I see past deals, not just live ones?

Yes. Ended negotiations stay in the database with every round, document, and party, and they feed the portfolio view, the time-to-close distribution, and counterparty history.

Where does my data go?

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access follows your permissions, every AI action is recorded in the audit log, and we hold data processing agreements with the AI providers we use.

Can I buy it alone?

Yes. Negotiations Workspace is sold on its own, per seat.

See it on your deals.

A working session with your documents, your deal points, your counterparties.
